He will lead a strong team with a great reputation for high quality service and a knack for designing innovative risk management solutions.”
Best added: “Guernsey has an outstanding reputation for innovation and professionalism in the world of international insurance. High quality professional insurance management combined with a first class regulatory and tax environment make it a very attractive domicile for those seeking to establish a captive insurance operation. I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead our captive operations on the island and deliver the best possible solutions for our clients.”
