North Carolina gears up for in-person captives conference in August

The North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI) has confirmed it will go ahead with an in-person annual conference in 2021.

The 2021 NC Captive Insurance Association Conference will take place between August 29 and September 1, 2021, at the Washington Duke Inn and Golf Club located in Durham, North Carolina.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet with NCDOI’s entire captive regulatory team, including commissioner Mike Causey, chief deputy commissioner Michelle Osborne, senior deputy commissioner Debbie Walker and chief captive analyst Leane Rafalko.

Tom Adams of the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association will also be in attendance.
