Bulkley becomes head of risk management at Wilks Bros

Leldon Bulkley has been appointed head of risk management at Wilks Brothers in Texas.

Bulkley was previously senior vice president of risk management and insurance at international transportation system company RATP Dev USA, where he was responsible for the setup of a single cell captive opportunity and leveraging the global insurance market for utilisation of an alternative market solution. He was at the company from April 2019 to December 2022.

Prior to that he was vice president of enterprise risk management, safety, and benefits at Sun Holdings from May 2016 to April 2019.

He was also senior director of enterprise risk management, safety, and benefits at Taco Bueno Restaurants.
