RYSKEX & Arx Veritas unveil new parametric cell
RYSKEX and Arx Veritas have announced their next-level collaboration: the Arx Veritas Parametrics cell.
Unveiled at the Connecticut Captive Insurance Forum 2025, the new cell is built within the Veritas Ex Machina platform—targeting climate risk with real, auditable carbon assets and putting the future of capital directly on the table.
RYSKEX has already secured a $3.5 million funding round, establishing the financial backbone for this pioneering insurance and climate finance model. RYSKEX said that this milestone allows it to send a clear signal to the market, that the world’s leading institutional investors are already on board.
RYSKEX said that to expand on this momentum in the initial phase 10% of the insurance unit’s equity will be made available at a preferential rate, giving select partners direct access to the upside of regulated, climate-linked risk transfer.
At the same time, the new digital participation right—Token “X”—will be launched: engineered for institutional scale, instant market recognition, and designed to enable direct, transparent participation in risk and reward. According to RYSKEX Token “X” is powered by blockchain and AI and combines capital markets logic with real climate impact—delivering full transparency and zero tolerance for fraud.
RYSKEX said that it was introducing the new product now because those who lead today will define the capital structure of climate risk for the next decade.
Announced live at the forum’s headline panel “Parametric Solutions and Technological Innovations: A Game Changer for Climate Resilient Insurance,” the initiative leverages RYSKEX’s proprietary AI-driven underwriting engine and Redbelly Network’s blockchain backbone. The new cell is anchored by 10 million emission reduction units (ERU), each independently valued at $73, integrating carbon credits as a true, investable asset class for institutional ESG risk transfer.
Dr. Marcus Schmalbach, chief executive of RYSKEX (pictured), said: “This isn’t just another green finance project. It’s a proof-of-concept that carbon reductions can become measurable, auditable capital. Together with Arx Veritas, we’re showing how insurance infrastructure can fuel real climate impact – without greenwashing, and without compromise.”
Yani Wolf, strategic lead at Arx Veritas, emphasised: “This partnership reflects our mission to unlock dormant carbon assets – like unmined coal – and transform them into real financial value. RYSKEX provides the backbone we needed to bring credibility, transparency, and access to global capital markets.”
Tim Bass, chief growth officer at Redbelly Network, explains: “The challenge in carbon markets is credibility. With our blockchain technology, we ensure that every tokenised ERU integrated into the captive structure is traceable, immutable, and verifiable on-chain. Together with RYSKEX and Arx Veritas, we’re building a compliant asset infrastructure where climate capital becomes truly accountable.”
