Artex names new VP of its financial management group for captives in North America

Artex has promoted Devin O'Brien to vice president of the financial management group for captives, in its North America team.

O’Brien is a chartered accountant with more than ten years of accounting, auditing and captive insurance experience. He joined Artex in 2016 as a client services manager, having previously served as a senior associate in the captive insurance practice at PWC in Cayman.
