R&Q completes its acquisition of NationsBuiders captive

ICDC, a wholly owned Vermont subsidiary of Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings, has completed its acquisition of NationsBuilders Insurance Company (NBIC), a Washington DC-domiciled captive from NationsBuiders Insurance Services.

The deal was first announced in June, and is R&Q’s third captive legacy acquisition of 2020.

Paul Corver, group head of M&A at R&Q, said: “R&Q is well positioned to take on books of business of all sizes and we expect to announce further legacy transactions before the end of the year.”
