SRS buys captive manager from Ardonagh

Captive insurance company manager Strategic Risk Solutions agreed to buy Robus Group from The Ardonagh Group as it bids to become the leading captive management firm in Europe.

Robus, which operates from Guernsey and Gibraltar, provides professional management services to captive insurers, open market insurers and reinsurers, insurance intermediaries, MGAs, ILS fund managers, and other corporate entities around the world.
