VCIA to take roadshow to St Louis

The Vermont Captive Insurance Association (VCIA)’s next event will be its St Louis Roadshow, it has announced.

The event will be on April 2, 2025 at the Alberici Headquarters, 8800 Page Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri.

According to the VCIA this session will focus on the basics of captive insurance companies; the reasons for formation, the feasibility process and key issues in putting a successful captive program together.

“The decision to form a captive insurance company is a very individualized process that reflects the unique needs and interests of that corporation, association or institution,” said the VCIA in an announcement on its website. “In this session, representatives from two different types of captives will share their thought process and experiences. Presenters will also describe the captive climate and regulatory requirements in Vermont, the #1 U.S. domicile.”
