WTW promotes Kirsty Willemse Swink to senior account executive

Kirsty Willemse Swink (pictured) has been promoted to senior account executive at WTW. 

Swink was previously an account executive at WTW from October 2024 to October 2025, based in Vermont. Prior to that she was senior account manager at the company, based in Virginia, from April 2023 to October 2024, dealing with captive & insurance management solutions.

Before working for WTW she was a senior account manager at Atlas Insurance Management from April 2022 to April. Based in Virginia.

She joined JLT Insurance Management as a senior account manager In November 2026, a position that was carried over to work for Marsh when it acquired JLT in 2020.

Swink was one of Captive International’s FORTY Under 40 winners in 2025, having been noiminated by her peers in the captive insurance industry.
