Zurich North America names group captives head

Zurich North America has appointed Jason Meador as head of group captives for alternative markets.

In this role, he is responsible for the operational management of Zurich's group captives business, which includes member-owned, agency and fronted captives.

Meador most recently served as chief operating officer for alternative markets, a position he held since January 2018. He joined Zurich North America in 2013 as a strategic business partner.

Prior to Zurich, Meador was a principal at Boston Consulting Group, where he focussed on financial services and developing growth strategies.
