Alive Risk hires new relationship & marketing executive
Alive Risk, an amusement, sports and entertainment focused managing general underwriter of Ryan Specialty, has hired Richard Rutkin as relationship & marketing executive.
The company said that Rutkin will drive new business growth and support the expansion of the entertainment program offerings. In this new role, he will ensure the execution of product marketing strategies and maintain excellent relationships with carriers, retailers and wholesalers.
He joins Alive Risk with more than 30 years of experience in the development and management of property, casualty, and specialty contingency insurance. As an experienced entrepreneur, Rutkin sold his 25-year-old wholesale brokerage firm, focused on the entertainment and sports industries, to a national E&S broker in 2018. In his most recent role, he prospected new clients, developed ongoing pipelines in the specialty insurance segment and executed large corporate client and broker distribution strategies within the North American region.
