AXA XL hires manager for global casualty and environmental lines of business
AXA XL Risk Consulting has hired Sheri Wilbanks to be global casualty and environmental lines of business manager.
Wilbanks is responsible for building a global casualty and environmental risk consulting practice, to provide risk management services for clients and AXA XL’s underwriting teams. She is based in New York and reports to Corinne Vitrac, chief executive of AXA XL Risk Consulting.
Vitrac promised that under Wilbanks’ leadership AXA XL will “develop new service offerings that can help our clients with loss prevention strategies to control their workers’ compensation, product liability, environmental and other operational exposures.”
Wilbanks was most recently at AIG where she was global innovation lead for AIG’s client risk solutions division. Before that she served as casualty and financial lines regional risk consulting manager for AIG Asia.
She also joins AXA XL risk consulting’s management committee, led by Vitrac, which also includes: Jonathan Salte, deputy CEO and property line of business manager; Jean-Marc Radureau, construction, marine, transport lines of business manager; Martin Vinkenflügel, regional manager for Europe; Scott Ewing, regional manager for US; Krishnan Venkatraman, regional manager for Asia; Maxime Ambourg, innovation and business development manager; Brenda Holbrook, head of IT system and central processing; and Karim Karzazi, head of technical office.
