Former Marsh Captive Solutions head to join Lockton Global Re

Lockton has formed a new reinsurance business and hired three senior executives from Guy Carpenter and Marsh, including the former leader of Marsh Captive Solutions, Nick Durant.

Durant has over 20 years of reinsurance analytics experience, and most recently served as Marsh's Global Analytics sales leader.

Lockton Global Re will be led by the current CEO of Guy Carpenter's North America operations, Tim Gardner.

The company has also appointed Claude Yoder, the current managing director and global chief innovation and product development officer for Guy Carpenter.

Lockton described this unit as a major build out of its reinsurance capabilities and will incorporate its international specialty team based in London.
