Howden appoints new client services director

Vimi Savan has been appointed managing director of Howden Broking Group client services.

She was previously head of major account development and bid management, a post she had held since she joined the company in October 2019.

Before that she was head of bid management at JLT Specialty from June 2014 to October 2019, based in London.

She was bid & operations director at Aon from October 2008 to June 2014, where she was responsible for managing and running new business and defence projects working alongside various client servicing and sales teams.

Savan has been secretary and committee member of the Lloyd's Military Network since June 2016.
