Hylant Global Captive Solutions has boosted its US team with four new hires, including Megan Charron, who joins as a captive account manager. With a year of captive insurance experience and a background in public and private accounting, she will work with its existing team members to manage a portfolio of captive insurance clients.
Charron is joined by three others: Tammy Conway, who joins as an executive assistant and will work with global captive solutions leader Anne Marie Towle on large projects; Ben Hale, in his third year at Indiana State University, joins as a captive consulting intern; and Madison Johnson in her second year at Bowling Green State University, joins as a captive management intern. Both interns are involved in the Gamma Iota Sigma, which promotes student interest in insurance and risk management.
Towie welcomed the appointments: “I am excited about the continued expansion and growth of our team. We are always looking for the best talent in the industry and finding new ways to grow and innovate.”
