IICG seeking new financial & operations manager

International Insurer's Consulting Group (IICG) is looking for a financial & operations manager.

IICG is a licensed reinsurance intermediary in Puerto Rico that operates in Puerto Rico's International Insurance Center.

IICG said that it is looking for an experienced manager of finance and operations to oversee financial aspects of business and drive financial strategy and planning.

The firm said that it is looking for a reliable professional with broad knowledge of all accounting, financial, and business principles. Applicants need to be strategic thinkers and effective leaders who can make the most profitable decisions. The goal is to guide the company toward profitability and long-term success.

The responsibilities for the post include: driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks; retaining constant awareness of the company’s financial position and acting to prevent problems; overseeing the company’s finance IT system; setting targets for and supervising all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.); and overseeing all audit and internal control operations.
