JLTIM hires senior execs from Crowe Horwath, Willis, USA Risk Group


JLT Insurance Management (USA) has made a number of significant hires, adding four senior executives to its US team.

Stacy Riley joins JLTIM as assistant captive practice leader, while Susan Muscat, Rob Ramos and Mary Richards join as senior account executives.

“With these new hires, JLT Insurance Management adds the captive insurance experience and expertise our clients have come to expect from us,” commented JLTIM (USA) CEO Guy Ragosta. “We are all excited to welcome them as integral parts of our growing firm.”

Riley previously served as enior tax manager for Crowe Horwath's captive services group. Prior to that he was also account executive for Aon's captive practice and senior financial analyst for Ben and Jerry's.

Muscat was previously senior account manager and assistant vice president for Willis Towers Watson. She also served as account manager and assistant vice president for HSBC Insurance Management and Marhs Management Services, and account manager for AIG Insurance Management Services.

Ramos joins from USA Risk Group, where he was senior account manager, and Wilmington Trust, where he held the same title. He has also served as account manager for Smith, Bell & Thompson.

Richards rejoins JLTIM, where she previously was executive vice president. She was also vice president and senior account manager for Champlain Captive Management.
