Marsh Advisory Pacific appoints New Zealand-based expert in Alternative Risk Solutions
Marsh Advisory Pacific has appointed David Ntow as its New Zealand expert in Alternative Risk Solutions.
Ntow brings more than 11 years’ diverse experience in alternative risk across the Australasian, Pacific, and West African regions to the team at a time of growing demand for such solutions in the Pacific region.
The recent approval of Marsh New Zealand’s External Captive Insurance Manager License in the Cook Islands further underscores Marsh’s commitment to meeting the evolving needs of its Pacific clients with an innovative captive domicile alternative.
Ntow, who will be based in Auckland, will report to André Kyburz, Marsh Advisory Pacific’s Alternative Risk Solutions Leader and collaborate closely with the alternative risk solutions team. According to the company his deep expertise in areas such as captives, protected cell captives (PCCs), and parametric insurance solutions will be vital in assisting Marsh’s clients in developing resilient risk management programs.
Prior to joining Marsh, Ntow held a similar role at WTW, where he led the captive and insurance management solutions practice in New Zealand. His expertise spans a diverse range of organisations and industries, encompassing feasibility studies, strategic reviews, and captive management. He will further enhance the Marsh team’s capabilities with his strong relationships with insurance regulators across various domiciles and his advisory influence on insurance prudential supervision and legislation.
