NCDOI to present at NCCIA’s annual conference

The North Carolina Department of Insurance’s Captive Insurance Regulatory Team will be participating in the 2023 North Carolina Captive Insurance Association Annual Conference on May 7-10

The team has extended an invitation for attendees to meet the team at the conference, which will be held in Asheville, North Carolina.

“North Carolina has a state-of-the-art law that allows for a low cost of formation and operation for captive insurance companies,” said the department in a short statement. “We recognise that captive insurers are different from traditional insurers, and we deliver a common sense approach to regulation.

“Stop by our exhibition booth to learn why North Carolina is a great home for captive insurance companies.”
