New director of risk & underwriting at CIC Services

Shoshanna Simmons has been appointed director of risk and underwriting at CIC Services, based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Her duties will require skills in actuarial analysis, risk management, underwriting and regulatory compliance.

Simmons was director of client services at CIC Services from June 2021 to Mar 2023, where her duties included maintaining the captive's financial and operational records, providing insurance, risk management, and underwriting expertise to the captive and serving as the main point of contact for the captive's service providers, including the actuary, auditor, claims administrator, broker, fronting insurer, investment adviser, and any other professional service providers.

Prior to that she was risk manager at Integral Group from June 2019 to June 2021.
