TCIA presentation deadline looms

The Tennessee Captive Insurance Association (TCIA) has issued a reminder that Friday March 31 is the deadline for proposals for its annual conference in November.

The TCIA’s Conference Committee said that it is still seeking input on topics and presentation ideas for the 12th Annual TCIA Conference in Nashville, November 5-7, 2023.

Some general topics the TCIA would like to expand on are:

· Inflation

· Cyber Liability

· How to Collaborate for the Client's Best Interest When Disagreeing

· Creative Coverages

· South East Property Coverage

· Regulation of Captive Managers

· Broker Participation

· Formation & Management and Formation & Reserves

· Path to Predictability

· Volatility is Part of Business

· Expect the Unexpected
