Brokerslink welcomes trio of EB affiliates

Global broking business Brokerslink has extended its global offering with the addition of three new specialist affiliates; Corporate Counselling Services (CCS), HealthNEXT, and Inova Care.

All three organisations bring extensive expertise in employee wellbeing and healthcare solutions, reinforcing Brokerslink’s growing Employee Benefits practice and enhancing the support available to its international network of partners and affiliates, the company said.

CCS was founded in 1998 and according to Brokerslink is one of Europe’s most established Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) organisations. The Luxembourg-based company operates a network of over 2,000 professional counsellors across Europe and the MENA region, offering services in 31 languages.

HealthNEXT is based in Philadelphia and specialises in building and strengthening corporate cultures of health, safety, and wellbeing. They operate an outsourced chief medical officer model, helping organisations to reduce healthcare and disability costs, improve productivity and boost wellbeing.

Inova Care provide healthcare and wellbeing solutions across Asia. Head-quartered in Hong Kong, the company delivers integrated care management, analytics, and health service platforms that support employee health and manage medical risks.

Mélodie Álvaro, Brokerslink’s employee benefits practice lead, said: “We are delighted to welcome CCS, HealthNEXT and Inova Care into the Brokerslink network. These organisations bring exceptional expertise in mental health and wellbeing, population health intelligence, and digital healthcare solutions, significantly enriching our global Employee Benefits practice. Their insight and capabilities will create new value for our partners, affiliates and clients around the world.

“We see a growing demand for employee benefits programmes from our brokers and their clients. These additions will enrich the EB expertise within our global network and provide new and invaluable resources to it.”
