Captive Resources business development hire for medical stop-loss
Illinois-headquartered consultant Captive Resources has appointed Drew Kendrick as assistant vice president and business development executive for medical stop loss.
He joins the business from National General Benefits Solutions, where he worked with consultants to build self-funded, level-funded and traditional stop-loss programs for a range of mid-market employers. The company recently joined Allstate Benefits, which provides supplemental insurance coverage to over 50,000 groups and insures more than four million people nationwide.
Founded over four decades ago, Captive Resources is a consultant to member-owned group captive insurance companies. It has helped create over 40 group captives that serve more than 5,300 member companies across the US and advises captives with total premiums of $3 billion and assets of approximately $8bn.
