For more than 15 years, Management Services International (MSI) has provided alternative risk solutions, as well as Captive Insurance Company formation and management services to a wide range of companies in various industries. As a business owner or risk management professional, we understand that you face many risk exposures that traditional Commercial Property & Casualty insurance companies cannot insure or do not want to insure. Risks such as Supply Chain Interruption, Reputation Rehabilitation, and Business Interruption which includes pandemic, Regulatory Change and Regulatory Investigation can all insured in a captive insurance company. In fact, more than three dozen states have passed Captive Insurance laws. At MSI, it is our mission to make Risk Management Profitable. Our expert captive managers form and manage Captive Insurance Companies domiciled in the United States and offshore.

As captive managers, we work closely with actuarial firms and underwriters to prepare feasibility studies, premium pricing memorandums, claims management, ceding summaries and declaration pages captive insurance companies. MSI manages and forms smaller captive insurance companies (831b), and larger captive insurance companies (831a).

Jeremy Colombik, CPA – Managing Partner

Jeremy Colombik is an experienced, licensed financial professional. His accomplishments include being named as a Top of the Table member since 2008 for Life Insurance sales as well as a financial specialist for executives & business owners. He is a graduate of Western Illinois University, having obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Finance. Jeremy is a licensed CPA and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the North Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. Furthermore, he has been in the captive industry for over 15 years and is a member of the Captive Insurance Companies Association and the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association. In addition, he served as Former Chairman for the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association.

Jeremy is Managing Partner of Management Services International (MSI). MSI manages hundreds of businesses that are utilizing a captive insurance company structure. MSI currently is one of the largest captive managers in the state of North Carolina. Jeremy specializes in IRC Sec. 831(b) captives. He has authored articles for Round the Table for the Million Dollar Round Table, Captive.com, Captive Review and other publications. He is a sought-after speaker for professional groups, such as: CPAs, lawyers and financial advisors, on how a captive structure works and could be a great benefit to their clients.
