Connecticut Captive Forum 2025 open for registration

Registration and sponsorship opportunities have opened for the Connecticut Captive Insurance Forum 2025.

The 2025 Connecticut Captive Insurance Forum will take place on Monday, April 28th at the Connecticut Convention Center.

Organisers have urged prospective attendees to take advantage of the Early Bird Registration Rate, which ends on Friday, January 31st.

So far the agenda includes a keynote from Connecticut Insurance Commissioner Andrew Mais, with other speakers such as Fenhua Liu of the Connecticut Insurance Department, John Bordeaux of AdvanceCT, Mikhail Raybshteyn of Ernst & Young, Michael O’Malley of Strategic Risk Solutions, Anna Petropoulos of Apetrop and Michael Maglaras of Michael Maglaras & Company.

The agenda will explore a wide range of topics including: 

• Employee benefits

• Captive insurance tax requirements

• Parametric solutions and technological innovations for climate-resilient insurance

• The globalization of risk
