CRC Group rebrands BenefitMall

CRC Group has announced that BenefitMall, its employee benefits division, has officially rebranded as CRC Benefits. The company said that this change marks a ‘significant step’ in aligning the division with CRC Group’s broader go-to-market strategy and delivering even greater value to retail agency partners.

The rebrand introduces a new name, logo, and refreshed visual identity designed to strengthen brand unity across the organisation while highlighting CRC Group’s continued leadership and innovation in the insurance industry.

“It’s all about delivering more value for our customers in the simplest, most effective way,” said Neil Kessler, chief executive of CRC Specialty + Benefits. “Bringing our benefits business under the CRC brand simplifies our structure, strengthens our message, and reinforces our commitment to being the go-to growth partner for agencies nationwide.”

According to CRC Group the new CRC Benefits offers a comprehensive wholesale employee benefits platform, helping retail partners deliver group and individual solutions across medical, non-medical, and stop-loss coverages for businesses of all sizes.

The new branding underscores CRC Group’s dedication to clarity, consistency, and client-focused service, the company said. “While our name and look are changing, our unwavering commitment to our retail brokers and carrier partners remains the same,” said Bob Love, president of CRC Benefits. “The CRC Benefits brand better reflects the scale, service, and solutions we bring to brokers and carriers every day.”
