Gagliardi joins SRS Titanium
Strategic Risk Solutions (SRS) has appointed Robert Gagliardi (pictured) as chief executive of SRS Titanium, a specialised initiative delivering captive insurance solutions for Fortune 500 and other global and complex organisations.
Based in Burlington, Vermont, Gagliardi brings with him a level of excellence well known throughout the global captive industry, SRS said. Highly recognised for his influence in the captive industry over the past 25 years, Gagliardi has been named to the Captive Review Magazine Power 50 List and is greatly respected for his insight into industry trends and work with large global clients, the company added.
“We are very excited to have Bob join the SRS team in this leadership capacity,” said founder and chief executive, Brady Young. “I have had great respect for Bob over the years and am confident he will be able to lead this new initiative to deliver exceptional value to SRS clients, and drive growth for SRS.”
“I’m honoured to join SRS Titanium and contribute to its success, while also engaging with the rest of the SRS executive team on broader, strategic discussions at SRS,” said Gagliardi. “As an independent insurance manager, what SRS has built over the years is truly impressive, and I look forward to helping drive future innovation and growth.”
Formerly the head of global captive management at AIG, Gagliardi’s experience in the formation, design and management of captive insurance companies on a global scale is exactly what SRS is looking for when it comes to spearheading the SRS Titanium initiative, the company said.
