GEB boosts collaboration with twin appointments
Generali Employee Benefits (GEB) has announced what it described as two key leadership updates.
Cyrille Arnoux has been appointed chief transformation & finance officer, whilst Christian Keller has been appointed director of network & partnership.
The company said that these appointments mark an important step in strengthening collaboration across finance, operations, and commercial teams and supporting a more consistent end‑to‑end approach to GEB's transformation journey.
In his new role, Keller will focus on strengthening collaboration with GEB’s global partner network, enhancing delivery excellence and consistency across markets, building an integrated value proposition aligned with GEB’s strategic priorities, and supporting a more seamless customer and partner experience across all touchpoints. Keller said: “Partnerships are at the heart of our global promise. I’m excited to deepen our collaboration with the Network and enhance the value we deliver to clients and partners worldwide.”
According to GEB Arnoux will play a key role in connecting finance, operations, and GEB’s commercial teams to drive long‑term transformation journey. In his words, “Our transformation depends on clarity, discipline, and collective accountability. I look forward to strengthening the links between finance, operations, and hand in hand with our commercial teams, driving long‑term, sustainable impact.”
