Geraghty named managing director, international sales at Marsh

Robert Geraghty (pictured) has revealed that he has been promoted to managing director, international sales and consulting leader at Marsh Captive Solutions.

“Nearly fifteen years ago, I moved from Ireland to London with two suitcases, some experience, a lot of ambition, determination, and drive,” Geraghty said on LinkedIn. “Since then, it’s been a real journey - including invaluable time spent working in Bermuda. Happy to reach this milestone and excited for what’s ahead!”

Geraghty started at Marsh as an assistant vice president, senior captive consultant in August 2011, based in London, where he was responsible for advising large multinational clients in all industries on captive structure and strategy.

In October 2013 he moved to Bermuda to become vice president, business development leader, before returning to London as vice president, business development manager EMEA Asia-Pac in Jul 2015.

He was appointed senior vice president, international sales and consulting leader, captive solutions in March 2024 before being promoted to his new role.
