Oxford Risk Management hires commercial lines manager

Oxford Risk Management Group has appointed Albert Lietzau as commercial lines manager. He joins the captive manager from PSA Insurance & Financial Services, also Maryland-based.

Lietzau brings almost four decades’ experience in insurance, including 29 years with broker HU Dove & Company, where he was its president before its acquisition by PSA in 2020. He’s previously worked as a Lloyd’s broker and began his career as an all lines commercial property and casualty underwriter for Maryland Casualty Company.
