Influential Women 2025 - nominations open!

The captive insurance industry has made important strides over the past two decades when it comes to increasing the numbers and proportion of women in the industry, with events like International Women’s Day on Saturday March 8th helping to highlight this. 

But there is always more work to be done if it is to become a true reflection of society and the talent pool available to it. 

To champion this concept, both the progress made so far and the work that still needs to be done, for the second year in a row we are recognising and celebrating the achievements of the captive sector's most prominent female leaders with another edition of Influential Women in Captive Insurance.

But we need your help!

Nominations will close on Sunday, March 23, 2025 at 17h00 PT.

To ensure we produce the most robust and credible list possible, we are canvassing the industry to help us identify and profile the most pro-active, prominent, and respected female leaders in the industry. Nominate the peers and colleagues who you believe are transforming the captive sector through their sustained excellence and leadership – and tell us why.
