INTX expands into North America

INTX Insurance Software, a provider of a fully integrated, single solution to the entire P&C insurance policy lifecycle, has announced its official North American launch following 20 years of building clients in the UK, Europe, the Caribbean, Bermuda and Africa.

INTX’s highly scalable, configurable, and flexible end-to-end P&C policy administration solution is immediately available to a wide range of companies across the entire insurance spectrum, from carriers, to reinsurers, and MGAs. According to the company the solution delivers a number of benefits including zero implementation cost, rapid speed to market and data insights.

Developed over 23 years by tenured insurance professionals and successfully deployed across more than 50 clients globally, INTX software allows users to seamlessly integrate and manage their policies. INTX harnesses the power of AI, predictive modeling, and data analytics to deliver detailed, informed, and accurate intelligence of an insurer’s entire enterprise.

“The limitations of most P&C policy management software are a continual source of frustration for customers because they were built as point solutions, not with the entire ecosystem in mind. Assembling ‘best of breed’ solutions is no better, requiring complex and costly integration, and greater resources to maintain, with limited cross silo integration,” said Robert Lewis, chief executive of INTX. “INTX was created by insurance professionals who saw the need for a single platform, end-to-end solution that addresses the needs of all market participants across the entire insurance policy lifecycle. We are excited to now bring our solution—built on Microsoft technology and proven with insurers around the globe—to North America.”

INTX further announced that Xitus Insurance, a legacy specialist providing discontinued insurance solutions through acquisition and loss portfolio transfers, is INTX’s first North American customer and has been operating on the INTX platform since July of 2024.

“We have been incredibly impressed with the ease of use and robust capabilities provided by the INTX solution,” said Ben Dovey, Chief Operating Officer of Xitus. “We were up and running in just three months with a solution completely customised to our multi-national, multi-currency needs. INTX has transformed the way we manage our business through seamless data delivery, providing us with real-time insights into what we are doing today and what is possible tomorrow.”
