New captive director at IDC Management

IDC Management has appointed Mollie Crayton (pictured) as its new director of captive management, based in Charleston, South Carolina.

Crayton was previously a principal at Avondale Accounting Services from October 2018, also in Charleston, where her duties involved offering personalised accounting services for small business owners and individuals.

She was regulatory education director for Sovos from January 2021 to December 2024. Before that she was a controller at Swamp Fox Insurance Agency from November 2018 to February 2020.

Crayton held the position of director of full service accounting at Ceterus from April 2017 to October 2018 and was a controller at Guarantee Insurance Company from December 2016 to April 2017.

Prior to that she was an audit senior manager at Johnson Lambert in Charleston from 2006 until November 2016.
