New captive manager appointed at Foxen

Michelle Finn (pictured) has been appointed captive manager at Foxen.

Foxen develops innovative technology to provide insurance compliance solutions, and financial services to property owners, managers, and their residents. 

She was previously a senior account manager - captive insurance at WTW from 2023 to April 2025, where she managed financial services for a portfolio of captive insurance clients, ensuring accurate reporting and regulatory compliance.

Prior to that she was an accounting manager - captive insurance at Aon, from 2022 to 2023, based in Burlington, Vermont. She directed financial operations for multiple captive insurance clients, including preparation of financial statements and regulatory filings.

Finn worked for the Tennessee Department of Commerce and Insurance from August 2018 to July 2021, first as a senior auditor and then from November 2019 as captive insurance specialist. She was based in Nashville, Tennessee.
