New EMEA regional captive sales leader at Aon
Isabelle Seculier has been appointed Europe, Middle East & Asia (EMEA) Regional Captive Sales Leader at Aon.
Seculier confirmed to Captive International that she will start her new position on July 15, based in Brussels, Belgium.
She will be responsible for how Aon delivers and grows Captive employee benefits (EB) Services consulting work within the EMEA region and contributing to the development of general expertise of the company’s regional team members within the captive EB space.
She will also facilitate the delivery of Aon United into areas such as International Wealth (pension de-risking), Aon Captive & Insurance Management, Aon Global Risk Consulting and Aon Reinsurance.
Seculier was previously senior manager risk finance & transfer (insurance) at adidas from June 2019 to July 2024, based in Herzogenaurach, Bavaria, Germany. As part of the Risk Finance & Transfer Department and reporting to the Director Risk Finance & Transfer, she analysed, evaluated and managed relevant exposures and implement adequate risk finance and transfer programs to protect adidas’ profits and assets. More specifically, she supported her director with internal and external stakeholders for the operational, financial and strategic decisions related to all insurance and reinsurance solutions for several of the firm’s global insurance programs, namely insured employee benefits, cyber insurance and business travel.
