2023 Cayman Captive Forum registration numbers continue to climb

The number of people registered at the Cayman Captive Forum continues to rise and is now more than 1,450, according to the Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC).

This takes the event back up to the level of attendance that it saw before the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic, with the event being cancelled that year and then making a partial in-person return as lockdowns ended.

The organisers also said that the pre-Forum Tutorials on Tuesday afternoon are complimentary and no registration is required. No CPE certificates can be issued unless a spreadsheet of attendees is provided afterwards showing sessions attended.

All three evening receptions will take place at the Ritz again this year. Tuesday – Harbour Pool. Wednesday – Harbour Pool and Andiamo. Thursday – Seven Mile Beach.

Three lounges are available for meetings and networking. Scotiabank – Club Lounge; KPMG – Taikun; CIRCA Lounge – Culinary Studio on 5th Floor.

This year there will only be 2 tracks in the afternoons.

The Forum Committee will be hosting a first-time attendee breakfast on the Wednesday morning at Andiamo – attendance should be limited to first time attendees only due to space limitations. This breakfast is intended to provide them with tips and tricks to help them get the most out of the Forum.
