Aon Captive EB Services team grows

Alina Shats has joined the Aon Captive Employee Benefits Services team as global benefits senior consultant as of the 3rd of May.

The company said that she will be active in the Captive EB underwriting area, under the guidance of Zulu Khan.

She was previously an international employee benefits consultant at Willis Towers Watson from August 2017 to May 2022.

Before that Shats was an assistant to the deputy commercial director at TSUM Moscow in 2017.

Aon created its new global team supporting captives for employee benefits risks with issues around reinsurance in February of this year.
