Aon promotes Bermuda MD Seth to global captives and ILS role

Aon has appointed Anup Seth as global leader, underwriting solutions, of its Captive and Insurance Management team based in Bermuda.

Seth previously served as managing director of Aon Insurance Managers (Bermuda), a position he assumed in April 2016. Prior to Aon, he served as managing director at ACE Bermuda International.

The appointment is in response to the continued convergence of the commercial reinsurance and ILS markets, with Aon realigning its organisational structure to support future growth in these areas.

Seth will be supported by Paul Sykes, managing director of Aon Guernsey, along with Dermot Finnerty, managing director of White Rock Group and Steve Britton, managing director of Aon’s Global ILS Management.
