Atlas expands Cayman team

Atlas Insurance Management has hired Pasha Maliougine as an account manager to join their client servicing team in the Cayman Islands.

Atlas specialises in the formation and management of captive insurance companies in major US and offshore domiciles.

Maliougine will manage a portfolio of various captive insurance clients, work with regulators in various domiciles to help support clients and stay on top of latest regulatory requirements and also work with individual clients to help them identify new risks and provide valuable solutions through new policy coverages.

Maliougine is joining Atlas from his previous employer, EY Cayman where he worked in the assurance practice, auditing captive insurance companies of various size.

"Pasha is a technically strong chartered accountant with a passion for teaching and mentoring and will be a great resource for Atlas."

Maliougine started his career working at one of the top Canadian accounting firms, MNP, in Halifax, Nova Scotia.  He worked with a variety of different clients in various industries before relocating to the Cayman Islands in February 2020 to join EY Cayman.
