EY’s global captive tax lead takes additional role

Paul Phillips III, a partner within EY’s Financial Services Organization (FSO) and the firm’s Global Captive Network Tax leader, has taken on additional responsibilities.

Phillips, in addition to his existing role, is now also Americas Insurance Tax Markets Leader – EY. Though the role technically started in July, he has announced the role on LinkedIn this week.

Phillips has held various positions within EY. Throughout his 25-year career he has focused on the taxation of financial institutions or financial products and he continues to directly serve various financial institutions and alternative risk financing & captive insurance arrangements.
