Hylant bolsters team with senior hire

Hylant has bolstered its Hylant Global Captive Solutions team by hiring an experienced executive who joins as director of captive consulting.

Ian Podmore joins Hylant with over 25 years of experience ranging in areas from insurance to captive consulting, underwriting and compliance. He previously worked for AF Group as director of captive operations and has also worked for Willis Towers Watson.

Hylant said he will work closely with clients to develop strategic solutions to their wide range of complex exposures, accessing captive and alternative structures.
