ICCIE to hold hot topic webinar
The International Centre for Captive Insurance Education (ICCIE) will be holding a new Hot Topic webinar in November.
The webinar, entitled ‘Understanding Actuarial Reports’ will be on November 9th, 2023 at 2pm Eastern Time.
Panellists Jonathan Habart from Davies Group and Rob Walling from Pinnacle Actuaries will head up the webinar.
ICCIE described the program content as: “Actuarial reports, such as captive feasibility studies and reserve reports are full of actuarial jargon and technical language. What language is required? What language is at the discretion of the actuary? How can a non-technical reader better understand how actuaries document their data, methods, models, assumptions and findings? This session will help attendees develop a better understanding of actuarial reports from both an actuary’s perspective and a user of actuarial reports.”
