JLT exec chairman joins Willis Towers Watson for Bermuda captives role


Willis Towers Watson Management (Bermuda) has appointed Steve Arrowsmith as executive vice president, head of client services.

Arrowsmith has 25 years in the insurance management industry, and most recently served as executive chairman of JLT Insurance Management (Bermuda).

“Steve brings a wealth of experience that will enable us to further enhance our client service offerings and drive innovative risk finance solutions to help clients meet their evolving needs. I am really excited to have Steve join our team,” said Paul Bailie, head of Willis Towers Watson’s Bermuda captive practice.

Based in Hamilton, Arrowsmith will be responsible for leading client service and delivering the company’s value proposition to Bermuda captive and insurance management clients.  He will also be responsible for business development.

“Steve’s appointment further underlines our commitment to Bermuda and strengthens our team not only locally but globally,” said Paul Owens, head of Willis Towers Watson’s global captive practice.
