Rafalko switches to RH CPAs

Leane Rafalko has started a new position as audit manager at RH CPAs.

Rafalko was previously senior captive consultant at Hylant, which she joined in August 2022.

She was previously chief captive analyst at the North Carolina Department of Insurance (NCDOI)  from July 2014 until this month. Before that she was insurance company examiner manager at the department from January 2011 to 2014.

Prior to that position she was insurance company examiner in charge, a position she held from February 2001 to December 2010.

She was at the NCDOI for 21 and a half years in total.

Her first job after graduating was insurance company examiner at the Pennsylvania Insurance Department from 1998 to 2001.
