O’Connell promoted to VP & captive executive at Captive Resources

Juliana O'Connell (pictured) has announced that she is starting a new position as vice president & captive executive at Captive Resources.

O’Connell started at the company as a complex claims services manager in June 2018, based in Itasca, Illinois.

She became vice president, complex claims services manager & unit leader in December 2021 again based in Itasca, Illinois. 

Prior to that she was a claims manager at Canopius Group from February 2016 to June 2018 in the Greater Chicago Area.

O’Connell previously worked for Liberty Mutual Insurance for just over nine years in a number of positions that included senior technical claims specialist and regional operations manager.
