Powell elevated to EVP in Aon Cayman captive unit
Aon has announced that Jessica Powell (pictured) has been named executive vice president within its Cayman’s captive and reinsurance management team.
In a statement on LinkedIn Aon stated: “With 15 years of captive insurance experience and deep specialist expertise in the healthcare captive space, Jessica is a highly trusted client advisor and we look forward to her continued leadership and impact in this new role.”
Powell began her career at Aon as an account manager in September 2011. Based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, she oversaw ongoing management of all aspects of a captive insurance company’s operation including financial planning and reporting, and daily operational management activities.
She became a senior account manager in April 2018, again based in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, assistant vice president in April 2020, vice president in September 2022 and senior vice president in July 2023.
Powell featured in the 2026 edition of Captive Review’s FORTY under 40.
