Promotion for Chubb captive specialist

Lisa Smits has been appointed head of global services for northern continental Europe at Chubb. Based in the Netherlands, she helps companies across the Benelux and Nordic countries manage their international risks through structuring, implementing and servicing multinational captive insurance programs.

Smits has been with the business for almost a decade, since March 2018 as global services manager for Benelux. She also served as diversity and inclusion officer for the region.

Smits began her career in insurance in 2013 on the ACE European Graduate Programme before ACE completed its acquisition of Chubb in 2016.
