Chubb picks from R&Q for Bermuda captive manager position

Chubb has hired Katrina Exon from Randall & Quilter as a captive manager in its Bermuda office.

Exon, who has experience across general and life re/insurance and captive insurance, was almost three years with R&Q, where she was also a captive manager. Before that, she worked as a senior finance business partner with Australia’s Suncorp Group, based in its Auckland, New Zealand, office.

In a career of more than 30 years, Exon has worked for Chubb before, spending 12 years with the business up to 2011. She started her career as an auditor with PwC in Bermuda.
