R&Q acquires Unilever captives

Randall & Quilter, the insurance services and investment company, has acquired two captives from Unilever.

A spokesperson for the company confirmed that the acquisitions have been completed.

The captives, Armitage International and Berda Developments, are both based in Bermuda. Armitage was placed into run-off in October 2011 while Berda has been in run-off since December 1987.
