Great American partners with Hub International on national elevator programme


Great American Insurance Group’s (Great American) Alternative Markets Division, which operates agency captive and group captive programmes, has entered into an agreement with JM Associates /Burnham and Company, a division of HUB International Northeast, to be the insurance carrier for the national elevator insurance programme.

The programme offers specialised insurance coverage to elevator contractors, inspectors, consultants, distributors and manufacturers. This new offering is through Great American’s elite programmes model and administered by the Hub International office located in Fort Lee, New Jersey.

Hub International Northeast has been creating comprehensive insurance and risk management products for the elevator industry for over 40 years.

"The national elevator programme is the premiere insurance solution for elevator contractors nationwide, and we are honored to be the insurance carrier for this well-established, profitable franchise," stated Richard Suter, divisional senior vice president of Great American’s Alternative Markets.
